What is needed to overcome a challenge, or simply find a more joyful way of living, is often someone who can help us look at things from another angle. Whether we’re on a personal growth path or working to transform a relationship, a different perspective can be life-changing.

I value authenticity, radical presence, kindness, and curiosity. I’m a little swear-y, a tad bit irreverent, I believe laughter is healing, and I think humans are magnificent. Stories are special and often sacred, and how we tell them, and to whom, matters.

This is a new chapter for me. I’ve been an educator and working artist for many years and am now earning a graduate degree in counseling. I get what it is to navigate change – it can be exciting and scary! I am passionate about supporting others through the choice points and various transitions that help us create our favorite lives.

Whatever counseling journey you’re embarking on – relational or individual, a big adventure or a quiet re-examining – I’d love to travel with you!

**Offering Telehealth, with some limited in-person sessions available**

Note: I’m a WMU graduate student (Marriage, Couple & Family), interning under the supervision of Suzanne Meinke Evink, in pursuit of double licensure: Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC). My intern status means counseling is very affordable! Please inquire about sliding scale if needed.
